After much anticipation, the Banyan Tree Residences Hillside Dubai is finally open!

The contemporary residential tower and complex sits on a prime corner of Jumeirah Lakes Towers, overlooking the Emirates Golf Club. Unlike other towers in the neighborhood, the development features a standalone tower, complemented by a large clubhouse, sporting amenities, extensive lawn area, a 32-metre swimming pool and a spa.

The internal lighting scheme developed by our Dubai studio aimed at fostering the relaxed resort feeling, by using warmer color temperatures, multiple layering, high contrasts and seamlessly integrated lighting strategies. The lighting for the extensive outdoor areas is subtle yet invigorating, focusing on the circulation, key vegetation and distinctive focal points.
