The lighting design approach for Burjside View tower is based on its tripartite scheme.

At street level, the random arrangement of linear light sources reflects the dynamism of the neighboring road and inspires a sense of speed and modernity. The main gesture, the backbone, is revealed through a configuration of horizontal blue lines resembling the nerves, while the central core flows up to the top complementing the building scale. The parabola at the rooftop frames the cascaded cantilevers, which hold the terraces of high-end luxury apartments. The overall setting is accentuated with the same lighting pattern and palette.

Careful attention was given to enhancing the main architectural elements while avoiding over-exposure and light-spill, in order to maintain the nighttime scene’s consistency and visual performance. The residential aspect of the tower remains subtle, attractive and prominent.
